Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in

No refund will be provided.
 

No-shows (guest does not arrive without prior notice)

The booking will be treated as cancelled with no refund.

Pre-Payments Terms

To confirm a reservation, guests may be required to pay a portion or full amount in advance, depending on the selected room type and rate plan.
The advance payment will be adjusted against the total booking amount and is subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.

Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
